Fellowship Translation

Fellowship Church in Dubai has people from over 100 nations attend their services. They have a great need to translate their sermons, (live, streamed, and website) into the many languages represented in their congregation. Finally, a way has been found. People can now instantly hear the gospel and the Word of God in their heart language. Nelson Mandela once said, “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, the words go into his head. If you speak to him in his own language, the words go into his heart.” Attenders, both live and online, can hear and read a simultaneous translation in any of 57 languages.

An app which can be used on any phone allows users to hear and see a text of what a speaker is saying. Fellowship Dubai was able to try the app in their services for 10 hours to evaluate it. The result was overwhelmingly positive. The church believes this will be help the many online watchers (from the surrounding countries), as well as helping the 5,000 attenders who come each Sunday.

They are hoping to begin using it by October 1 st. The annual cost is $53,000.
